WE HAVE EVERYTHING BUT THE SNOW! If you can't find it at Trade Winds or our sister park next door, MISSION BELL, chances are you won't find it in the area. OUR LOCATION IS NUMBER ONE FOR ACTIVITIES. Within 10 minutes is a major MOVIE THEATER, miniature golf and two health clubs to help keep you in shape. Across the street is a huge Bowling Alley where you can join a league or bowl a game. Within minutes you can enjoy Bensten Rio Grande State Park, the World Birding Center and the North American Butterfly Center, where you can hike and bicycle. We are only a short drive away from the shopping, deep sea fishing and white sandy beaches of South Padre Island.

WE ARE TOO BUSY TO CALL OURSELVES RETIRED. Whether you swing your partner at one of our dances or swing your golf club at one of the 4 golf courses within minutes of our park, you are sure to have a pleasant stay. With so much to do, your social calendar will always be filled.
